The Power Of Numbers Series Part 3

By Dennis Francis

There is a numerological system in most of the ancient civilizations. The concept is almost universal. Wherever we as humans conceived mathematics and music, we also seemed to conceive numerology.

In the Hebrew language, each letter has a numerical value. That value is in the sound of the letter. These people said, "In the beginning was the word". Several forms can be identified: the "revealed" form, which is prevalent in many forms of Rabbinic Judaism, and the "mystical form," a largely Cabbalistic practice. The Hebrew form of numerology is called Gematria (derived from the Greek Geometry.) the Arabic have isab al-Jummal.

The theory behind this system is that numerical similarity is intentional. Since the world was created through the word of God, each letter represents a different creative energy. The numerical similarity of two words reveals an internal connection between the creative potentials of each.

There are four ways to calculate equivalence of individual letters:

Absolute Value
Ordinal Value
Reduced Value
Integral Reduced value

A relationship exists between these four forms of calculation, the four spiritual realms, and the four letters of God's name; IHVH; "I am, that I am." "His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself." Revelation 19:12

I've been asked how I reconcile the differences between all the various forms of numerology if I believe that they all work. I believe that God takes the appropriate shape that each man needs.

The number three is an ambitious number.

You are the entertainer, proud, ambitious and always willing to talk describes you. There are few who can top you when it comes to climbing up the ladder of success.

As a natural critic, you tend to voice your opinions often and forcefully. There is individuality in your dress, your style and your manner. You can never be subjected to someone else's rule for very long. You excel in the arts, government and religious areas. Social, friendly and outgoing, you tend to be seen by others as superficial because of your overly optimistic and child-like simplification of the facts of life. You are conscientious and respected by your friends and peers.

Artistic, Expressive, Ambitious, Popular, Confident, Musical.

Actor, artist, administrator, entertainer, fashion designer, government official, horse trainer, illustrator, jeweler, judge, lawyer, minister, photographer, publisher, religious official, socialite, writer, veterinarian, youth councilor.

Conscientious and proud, you look at love from an emotional side. You are active in your pursuit of love and expect others to be conscientious in everything they do. Loved ones may see you as a bit critical and or dictatorial. This comes from your nature to lead the pack or your ambitious and somewhat impatient nature.

You are more career than domestically oriented and seek that quality in your mate.

You are attractive to those born on days that add up to 3, 6, or 9.

Those born in March, December, April, November and May. Take care when dealing with those born in February, June August and September or on days adding up to 4 or 5.
