Depending on your Life Path, numerology shows that you will have tendencies to develop certain kinds of health problems. Read on to learn what these problems are and how you can control them. And remember, and ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
===> Determining your Life Path

Like your sun sign in Astrology, your Life Path is your primary personality trait in Numerology. The calculation of your Life Path value is done by summing all of the digits of your Gregorian date of birth, and then reducing the sum to a single digit with fadic addition. The best way to illustrate this is to give an example. Actor Christian Bale was born on January 30th, 1974, so his Life Path value is a (7) as shown below.

Christian Bale (Life Path) = 01 + 30 + 1974 = 2005 = 2 + 0 + 0 + 5 = (7)

===> Life Path (1) - The Leader

Those souls who were born on this Life Path are driven to the point that they ignore minor Physical problems until they become major ones. Stress and headaches are chronic problems for these hardy sours. I highly recommend that these people have a regular exercise program in their lives as a coping mechanism to let off steam. Some kind of martial arts is an ideal way to let off steam.

===> Life Path (2) - The Diplomat

Those souls who were born on this Life Path are usually great worriers; they let their desire to make things work smoothly with others dominate their thinking. Anxiety can be a chronic problem here. Meditation and relaxation techniques should be cultivated. Learn some kind of escape from the world and use it daily. In extreme cases, some kind of medication might be warranted.

===> Life Path (3) - The Entertainer

Those souls born on this Life Path are usually in good general health due to their upbeat nature. Their problems tend to fall into the category of too much partying. Due to the Entertainers love of the limelight, they will go to too many places to be seen and get their fix of adoration. These people need to work on self discipline in the area of time management, including rest time in their schedules. They must also guard against alcoholism and drug abuse.

===> Life Path (4) - The Creator

Those souls who were born on this Life Path will try to do too much and tend to develop sleep disorders. These people need to learn to keep a reasonable schedule and put aside their work for another day. They can gain great benefit from a life partner or room mate who will put their foot down and remind them to get away from their work and relax some.

===> Life Path (5) - The Seller

Those souls who were born on this Life Path tend to have problems with anger due to distractions and things outside of their control. High blood pressure is a chronic problem for these souls. The two best therapies for these people are anger management techniques, and laughter. Just finding something that you can turn to which makes you laugh will always help here.

===> Life Path (6) - The Teacher

Those souls who were born on this Life Path are always thinking of the needs of others before themselves. They are bad about following the basics of a healthy lifestyle. Chronic problems include lack of exercise, poor diet, and not enough rest. Reminders in the form of group programs or friends and family to keep up their health and caring for themselves is an excellent way to manage their problems.

===> Life Path (7) - The Lone Wolf

Unlike those on other Life Paths, these souls live in tune with their bodies and have almost no health problems. Their strong personal intuition tells them exactly what then need in terms of diet and exercise to keep in perfect shape. They are often confused that other souls don't have this ability to read themselves.

===> Life Path (8) - The Fighter

Those souls who were born on this Life Path tend to be strong and have high levels of stamina to handle the trials of their everyday wars. But, the very competitive nature of these people can make them over-exert themselves particularly during play. Minor sports injuries are a chronic problem for these souls. A well balanced diet, as well as some discipline in proper warm up and stretching before competition will help them avoid injury.

===> Life Path (9) - Humanitarian

Those souls who were born on this Life Path tend to neglect their own welfare when those around them need their help and care. These are the selfless souls who always try to act for the good of all. They need to partner with a buddy who will watch out for their needs so they will be able to care for others in the future as well as right now.
