When you start to meditate, one of the first things people ask you to do is to clear your mind. Inevitably, you will find yourself seeing faces drift across your mind’s eye. They come in all shapes and sizes, pretty, ugly, friendly and fiendish.

As the faces rise up into consciousness, slow each one down and focus on one at a time. (This can take some practice but you can do it). Acknowledge the face. Accept it. Sent it love. Bless it. Then allow it to go on it’s way. You may well find that as you bless it, the face changes, become less fiendish.
In time a face may communicate with you. Ask what gift it has for you, what knowledge it brings. Embrace it, accept the gift, acknowledge your inner knowing.
If a face is particularly resistant and unpleasant, you can see it projected against a blackboard. Take a light rubber, and erase it bit by bit, replacing it with light. Or imagine switching off a projector and watch it fade into blackness.
You can also replace the image with something more pleasant. Beautiful flowers, a favourite pet for example. You will be changing the power that holds the image. in time you will become very good at instantly transforming the fiendish into the beautiful - eventually you will become able to recognise the beauty in all.
These faces come from our consciousness being raised into the thinnest veils of the astral plane. ur ’spiritual light’ shines like a beacon (read my post on psychic protection). Various undesirable elements may be attracted to this light. But by following these guildelines and also using psychic protection, they can be managed.
