Mozambique: Police to Crack-Down on 'Anti-Witchcraft' Mobs


The commander of the Mozambican police, Jorge Kalau, has promised a "heavy hand" against all those identified as the ringleaders in attacks against people alleged to be casting spells to prevent rainfall in some districts of the central province of Zambezia, reports Monday's issue of the Maputo daily "Noticias".
