Determining Your Numerology Path

By Jan Jabowski

If you haven't yet discovered the amazing world of numerology, now is the best time. The hustle and bustle of daily life coupled with growing economic worries can leave you feeling lost and searching for something more that you just can't quite put into words. Many people have turned to ancient teachings and practices in hopes of getting a glimpse into the true nature of ourselves and this reality. Amongst these teachings is the age old practice of numerology, which is basically a way of describing reality and the events that occur within it in terms of numbers.

Surprisingly numerology established its roots with early mathematicians, much like how chemistry's roots are in alchemy. One of the main aspects of the art is the numerology path or life path. This is determined by adding the numbers of your birthday together and then summing that number to arrive at your numerology path. For example, if your birthday is May 3rd, 1984 (05.03.1984) then you would add 5+3+1984 to arrive at 1992. You would then sum those numbers together 1+9+9+2 to give you 21 and finally sum that up which gives you 3. Therefore this individual's life path would be 3, a number often associated with being an interactive and highly sociable individual.

The interpretations of the life paths can vary considerably but as you acquire more knowledge of the art you'll be able to make more and more accurate predictions. Those predictions can offer a guiding hand in many situations in today's highly unstable world. If you're a spiritual seeker looking for a new avenue then maybe numerology is what you're searching for.
