Why You Should Be Concerned About December 21, 2012

December 21, 2012 appears to be significant, as on our Gregarian calendar this is the day that ancient civilizations, the Mayans, Aztecs and the Incas, calendar ends. Throughout time there have been predictions of the end of the world, from the Hindus, indigenous Americans, the Hopi people, the Celts, Nostradamus and even the Bible.

Other significant events around the world believe that we may be headed for disaster. In the past 10 years events that have occurred around the world seem to be leading us toward a significant change. Some of these events, such as the building up of nuclear armaments by certain nations, the natural changes in our environment and climate such as global warming, devastating hurricanes and tornadoes, deadly earthquakes, the melting of our glaciers, polar shift changes, the battle over energy especially by industrial nations such as China and the United States, all seem to be leading us to a significantly different type of world than there has ever been.

Will you be ready? Of course we hope that nothing significant will occur, especially nothing that is life-threatening. However it may be well to prepare yourself for these future events. It has been predicted that if a significant, devastating event occurs we may find that the things we normally take for granted, such as pure drinking water, going to the bathroom and breathing fresh air may be affected.

Will there be the beginning of a new world order? Can the United States of America survive a calamity? Will we see the collapse of our financial system?

Most people choose to ignore what will happen in 2012, going about
their daily business as though life as we know it will never
change -- when the truth is, life as we know it has never STOPPED changing. Can everybody be wrong? Will the world just continue on? Will
December 21, 2012 be just another day of the Earth spinning on its axis
as it revolves around the sun?

You may do well to formulate some sort of survival plan for yourself and your family. This, of course, would include storing food and water and other items that you would need just to function on a daily basis.

Just think of the devastating earthquake that occurred this year in Haiti. It was not anticipated and the country was not prepared. Just think what would happen if a catastrophic event occurred that affected the whole world, such as a nuclear war.

The world has changed more rapidly in the past 200 years than in any previous time in history. The question is whether this is good or just necessary. Are we really making advances or are we headed toward a world of doom? We may have the answer in the next 2 1/2 years.
